Over people being rude out in the world

Today for the first time since my daughter has been born a year ago and two months i decided it was time to do something for my self and get my hair cut, its to long and its hot and thick and i never get time to maintain it so i decided to get it all cut off.. my daughter was sooking so i sat her on my lap while i was getting it done and this older lady came in next to me to get hers done and she was giving me a dirty look and even shook her head at me i was so suprised and actually felt hurt and down about doing something for my self.. how am i a bad mother for doing that its not like i dont spend money on my daughter its always spent on my baby why do people have to be like that and ruin your day and make u feel like your a bad mother for doing something for your self..
