don't feel pregnant😳

Uh I'm so nervous!! I'm 8 weeks today and have my first appointment on Thursday but I just don't feel pregnant ...I have no morning sickness only hungry every two hours but can only eat a little I get a little nauseas but that was really only during week 6. My boobs don't really hurt anymore & im not bloated like everyone else seems to be. I'm just scared I'm going to get bad news on Thursday 😢
