Wanna start moving already!
I'm 7 days shy to my first month post partum and already cant wait to start getting back in shape. Im planning to do briskwalking (what about slow jog?) tomorrow morning and would like to include other exercises like lunges, plank, push up and biceps/triceps toning with 2kg weight.
Anyone started exercising earlier than the recommend 6 weeks and went on fine?
Any other exercises I can start doing?
