Does this look like Eczema?

Does this look like Eczema to you? It feels dry and is red. Located in the creases of his leg. I noticed a small patch months ago but thought it was nothing but the. I just saw a larger patch as pictured and started to get worried. Will call his doctor. He's breastfed baby and I randomly give him formula if my supply runs low. I started solids 4 weeks ago.

Mine started getting those and what looked like cradle cap when we started solids. My ped said some babies are sensitive to all fruits, all veggies, oatmeal, yogurt, whatever it could be anything initially. They usually grow out of it within the first year and the best thing to do is keep giving them a lot of variety if that's the only symptom. She said to give her a tiny dose (1mL) of children's zirtec and put over the counter hydrocortisone cream on the trouble spots. I also use the aveeno lotion for eczema all over her body after baths. Everything was clear within 3 days!

Looks like it. Pediatrician told me it's usually in the creases of the arms and being the knees

Looks like it. Aveeno has oatmeal bath packets for babies that have really helped my son.

Looks like it, my son has it. Especially common in creases. Keep up with moisturizer (like aquaphor) and just a warm bath can be soothing (no soap). Would still check with your pedi tho :)
