baby yes or no

If you your s/o needed help for government terms and the only thing that would help would be having a baby ? Would you do it . Well I'm stuck between yes or no I'm only 19 I love with all my heart but I'm just like idk if I want to bring a child if I don't have money enough to raise it. I love children and I do want one. Just don't know what to do . By the way I do fertility problems so it's hard for me to even conceive.. I'm just like in a tight spot with him and me and I guess having a child would help the terms. What I'm mostly pulling back from is time giving for my school which I'm currently in nursing school . Advice???
