I used to do that when I was TTC but my doc said not to and invest in the wedge pillow because if your hips are tilted too far, most of his boys will swim past around your cervix instead of able to go into. Just thought I'd pass along the info. I ended up conceiving via IUI... on my 1st try too. Good luck to you!

I do it every time lol my husband will lay in bed with me and make fun of my towel "diaper" so I don't leak on the bed lol but I have my legs up and hips elevated or my whole body upside down almost every time lol
