bleeding

Okay so I had sex about a week and half ago with my boyfriend unprotected ( we talked about all out comes and agreed we'd be fine if anything was to happen ) but I cramped like I was gonna have my period but no period came only light pink blood for two days like just spotting pretty much ! Is it possible that I'm pregnant???
