39 w 6days what kind of symptoms are these ?

I have had nausea at night and sometimes in the morning. 

Iv had the runs for the last 2 days. Yesterday was straight liquid and it's after I eat usually. I had to literally run to the bathroom!! 

Today as the day went on I got more and more sore which I wonder if it was due to sex but I just don't see how it would make me sore like this. My whole back (butt) hurts and feels sore. I have a hard time getting up. Also the inside of my thighs feel sore. 

Also today after I ate about 30 min later I got really tired and laid down. I started to gag and threw up in my mouth 🙈 ran to the bathroom and I had thrown up the milk shake I had. Yuck! Now I'm starting to feel almost like a mild sore throat coming on. I'm wondering if any of these symptoms could be labor days away ... or what's going on. Oh also... last 3 days the bottom of my stomach has been itching like no other !! It happens at night and it keeps me up for hours 😔coconut oil doesn't help it anymore
