Menstrual Cup Use

So I tried the Diva cup for the first time since purchasing it almost 6 months ago. I have never had kids, been told extremely small, etc. Needless to say, very hard to get in - even worse time trying to remove it, while running late for work. Any ideas or help - PLEASE?! I want to like this until I decide if I want children or not, or use Mirena again. Again.. HELP?!
