Miscarriage?

What is it like to have a miscarriage? Idk if i am or not. Ive been spotting for days but not on my menstrual week. It started dark and now lighter. I get lil weird feelings down in my abdomen. Idk i havent feel like eating lately.  Nausea.  Sad. I dont even know if im preg. Not late yet to tell.

With an early miscarriage (like 6 weeks or less) you're going to have heavy bleeding, cramping and passing grayish colored clots.

I had a MC at 11 weeks. I knew that it was going to happen because my hcg levels started dropping drastically. I started spotting. A few days later I started having SEVERE cramping that got worse and worse throughout the day....almost like contractions. The cramping was getting closer and closer together in time. I then had a gush of blood at the height of the pain and felt it pass. I thankfully was sitting on the toilet at that point. When it passed I actually started to pass out. I thought it was from sudden blood loss, but the doctor said it was most likely from the pain. It scared me really badly. It could be a different experience if you are earlier on in pregnancy though so keep that in mind.

I suddenly didn't feel well, had brown spotting but, wasn't 100% sure, I had just taken a positive test that day, easter of all days. I went to the er that night, I showed 3-4 weeks blood test, nothing showed on vaginal ultrasound, over the next 24 hours I had a test for my count and it fell, I bled and cramped badly two weeks, got tested and the bleeding stopped that night in the er and my level was 10 I think.
