When to throw in the towel .,,,

I've been in a relationship for almost 2 years, we have a 7 week old , and we live with his parents. We just got engaged, but I feel a huge disconnect from him.... 😭. I feel extremely uncomfortable living with his parents, so I sit in my room all day and he sits outside our living room, playing games on his phone and watching tv. Alllllllllll day ! It's annoying ! He bring me food 3 times a day ...other than that we don't really spend time together. It's makes me extremely angry 😭😭😭😭 I'm thinning about leaving , I don't need to live here. I choose to, and I wanna be happy . I have not been happy for a long time now. He's truly a good person . We have a lot of issues. When do I decide ? How do i decide? Ugh
