STD/I VERY TMI

Hey guys, so I had exposed myself to unprotected sex( actually my first time=was a virgin) for less than minute and took plan b as a precaution.. this was some time in late September and glad to report I'm not pregnant, but I have noticed some funny things going on down there like my discharge and some clumps coming out every now and then. My discharge is some what of a pale yellow when I'm usual discharge was white I don't expirence any itching or burning but I'm really scared I have contracted something because there are some sti/d that have no symptoms! I'm scared I could have chlamydia which goes the whole no symptom thing.
