I swear I can hear my baby!

This is the second time now this pregnancy I have heard this noise coming from INSIDE my stomach! it sounds like a split second of a babies cry or a slight moan or even maybe a distant fart, idk how to explain the noise. It's the freakiest thing ever! The first time it happened was about 31 weeks along, and it just happened again at just shy of 39 weeks! People think I'm crazy but I know it's coming from my baby somehow (whether coming from her mouth or coming from her pushing on something) because the noise happened both times when she gave me the strongest most jabbiest kick ever in there!
