List of Things I've been doing to get pregnant
•Dr prescribed me 1 Mg Folic Acid
(pills once a day)
(Suppose to help with red blood cells and other things also available over the counter they recommended taking these a month before trying to have a baby and that it helps with infertility and birth defects.. please use google I'm not a doctor and my memory is horrible)
•vitex agnus castus (pills once a day)
( I ordered this online after great reviews on being very natural and safe for fertility and has been used for centuries also available online)
•Astroglide TTC (Lube)
(I got this from CVS after finding out how expensive Preseed is. This lube comes with 8 little bottles that I use once a day during my fertility window. Very light and sperm friendly that will help with cervical mucus issues)
•A box of One Step Ovulation Predictors
(Theres a reason why it's at the bottom of the list. I got these from cvs😒 7 comes in the box $19.99 waste of money so far I actually wouldn't recommend any ovulation test unless you use at least 2-3 a day which I hear the 20 strips on eBay are a waste too. So use it if you're rich if your me just have sex everyday remember sperm lives in the woman body for up to 5 days 😀
•I've also started exercising I'm 5"2 130 lbs but online it didn't say it was only for overweight people so 15 mins a week Is what I've been doing for 1week so far
•Increased my water intake now I drink a bottle of water every other day ( I'm a recovering Mountain Dew Addict 🤦🏽♂️)
•And I stopped giving my daughter a hard time since in 10-14 months there's gonna be another one and I need to work on being patient all over again. I said 10-14 months so I won't stress myself or let myself down also on a average it take a couple months to get pregnant no rush here but I am hoping to claim the little guy on my 2017 tax refund 😂
