ectopic pregnancy??

Has anyone had an ectopic for no reason at all?? I had an ectopic in Feb last year, they couldn't see the baby anywhere, not in my tubes etc.. they actully called in pregnancy of unknown location. They checked all my tubes and ovaries and said I'm perfectly healthy and everything's fine so it's a mystery 🤔🤔 lucky I got treated with methexotrate (however you spell it lol) did anyone have anything similar and go onto have a healthy pregnancy xxx
