So frustrating!

I am so upset with myself! I used to get plenty of ewcm around ovulation, but now I only see it once in a blue moon! So I thought I'd give mucinex a try and it did what it said it would and thinned out my mucus. I think it may have reduced the amount I have though as well and I wish I hadn't taken it. I took the kind I was supposed to and followed the way "taking charge of your fertility"says to use it! We use preseed as well , but i feel like I shot myself in the foot this month 😰
