Who drinks coffee while pregnant?

Headaches have been horrible! I haven't had too much caffeine because I didn't want my little one to be addicted to it nor did I want to risk anything from caffeine consumption because I'm high risk... Does anyone have any advice? I don't want to take Tylenol every day so I figured a little caffeine could possibly help...?

You're allowed 200mg of caffeine a day :) I have a cup or two of regular coffee daily. Helps with headaches and helps with pooping!

I'm drinking a cup right now. Drank it throughout my first pregnancy too and my son was not addicted. Never heard that before actually. Since you're high risk I'd ask you doctor/midwife though. I get not wanted to take Tylenol everyday..your doctor will know the best answer for you! 😊

Wean yourself off slowly

Cup a day one week, half a cup, etc

That's what I had to do with my Coca Cola love! Lol now I just take a couple sips every now and then because I miss it haha

I drink half a cup every now and then. I weaned myself off of it as soon as a got pregnant and had headaches but it got better.

You can safely have up to 200mg of caffeine a day. That's a little more than 2 cups. I don't drink coffee, but I do drink things with caffeine. I don't do it often, but it's nice knowing I can. That said, it's about what you're comfortable with. If you just feel icky about it, don't drink coffee. But if you're having this much difficulty with headaches, a cup or two a day/here and there won't hurt.

I have been having horrible headaches this entire pregnancy! Almost every day! I'm a coffe drinker so I didn't give that up! I have one a day and take Tylenol cause I just can't handle it! 
I drank coffee with my first one and my daughter is happy and healthy 26 month old 😀

I having my daily cup of coffee.  My body is used to it and Blueberry 💙💙💙 is healthy and growing. He doesn't even wake up when I drink coffee seems to calm him down having something warm. OJ gets him moving.

My dr actually recommended caffeine when my headaches started.  I still keep it to a minimum and no energy drinks, but it's a huge difference.

I hate coffe as a pregnant person it smells bad . Until I get to the 3rd trimester.
