HELP PLEASE

I have a very slight irration on the inside of my lips of my 😺. There's no odor or itching. No pain when I pee but there is a strong smell sometimes (only when I don't drink enough water).  Only a very slight pain upon entry when I have sex. There's no weird discharge. I looked at it with a magnifying mirror and it looked like it was irritated and there was a white, slightly clumpy discharge. Idk if I should be extremely worried or if it just one of those things women deal with throughout their lifetime.
