When Does PMS Start For You?

Besides looking at the calendar what is your key indicator that you're about to start?

Mine is usually about two weeks before hand & I can tell because of my mood swings. Bleh.

One week for me i notice that i am more wet than usual very bloated and irratated and the headache's that come and go and i become extremely moody and grouchy.

And cramps a few days before

It sucks sooooo bad.

I usually don't even know. Last week before my period I guess I was pmsing because I was moody and I got extremely pissed at my bf for little things but those things were a big deal to me and still are and if I hadn't of been pmsing then I probably wouldn't have had the courage to talk to him about those issues so I'm grateful for it lol!

Mine is always a bit over a week. Generally ~10 days, but sometimes if I'm already stressed out I won't recognize it as such for a while. Mine seems to get progressively worse, but it could just be because I always get insomnia and shit like that. I actually didn't realize I got pms until my 20s...I thought I was just depressed.

Usually the whole week before my period I'm super hungry all the time, then my boobs hurt for a few days before I start

For my it's like 5-3 days before my period so almost a week sometimes but not quite.
