Bleeding after a positive pregnancy test

Yesterday morning I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. This morning I woke up experiencing cramping and light to medium bleeding. It's not as red as a normal period... it looks more pinkish brownish. But I think it's heavier than what I expected spotting to be. However, it's only there when I wipe.
