Brown discharge after starting birth control

So I started the pill about 4 days ago and I've been taking it as close to perfect as it gets literally the same minute everyday. Btw I have the kind where you start the first day you bleed. Anyways yesterday and today I've had brown discharge. It doesn't have an odor and I know it's normal so I'm not stressing. But has this happened to anyone else? And if so when did it stop because "my period" should be done after today like at the latest.
