worst day ever.

Today I found out some terrible news. Sunday I was comfirmed by a doctor that I was pregnant. I couldn't have been happier! I'm a Med student so I woke up this morning to get ready for school, as usual I went to use the bathroom, and first thing I saw was blood... lots and lots of blood. I freak and ran to wake my fiancé up and then called me mom. This was my first pregnancy and I was only six weeks! We went to the ER and an HCG test and 1 Ultrasound late we found out that I had a miscarriage😭. I'm completely devastated and still in complete shock! So I ask for prayers as I get through this rough and painful time, it will be greatly appreciated! Fly high my little Angel 👼🏻😔
