Weight gain/ Weight loss/iud help? please
Hi, so I know that size doesn't matter but it's also about self confidence and I just don't feel confident anymore, I have gained weight, and also have the mirena iud and it has been so hard for me to lose weight. I'm 5'4 and weigh 135 my goal is 120/125 any tips? Thank you so much!
