Gas cramps sign of pregnancy? Did you have it?

So a couple days ago I had the worst pain of my life. I was cramping so bad that I was screaming, and when I would try to go number 2 the pain in my lower abdomin went crazy. Couldn't stop screaming. Hurt to the point where I threw up. That was surprisingly in 7dpo. Has anyone ever experience this as a pregnancy symptom?
