Dreaming of pregnancy.. Literally

Had a dream I was at the hospital, can't remember why I was there but they ran a pregnancy test and I saw two bright pink lines come up. I was so shocked i made them do 4 more and all came out with two bright pink lines! I was so excited I was jumping around the hospital room. I then went home jumped on the bf and showed him all the sticks! I even got to tell my beat friends I was pregnant in my dream. It was so real.. Woke up thinking it was real at first. So I made the bf have sex with me just in case it was a sign since it was my highest ovulation day. Hopefully its my month! 2 years and counting!
