can Plan B make your period late if you're on birth control?

I took Plan B last week because I missed a pill, and I was supposed to get my period yesterday but haven't gotten it. I've read that taking Plan B can delay your period because it restarts your cycle, but is that still true if I'm on the pill? I've been on the same birth control for 4 years and have never been a day late, but I have taken Plan B before and this hasn't happened.

Okay so first off you shouldn't take plan b while you're on birth control. Missing one pill is fine, you just need to use a backup method (a condom or something) for a day or two. Look in the info packet that came with your prescription. It will tell you what to do if you miss one pill or two pills and so on. Second, try setting an alarm so you remember to take it. And third, plan b goofs up everyone's cycle... Even if they aren't on the pill. Usually periods come way early or way late. You might even miss a month. And if it doesn't come it probably won't be a normal one. I would only worry if you miss two periods in a row. But just for future reference, no more taking plan b with your pill!!!
