BULLYING

Okay do you guys think this girl is being bullied or picked on? A little background she's slightly strange or just different from others and we went to school together. She's a sweet girl but not the best hygiene and had a hard time fitting in. She went to a different school and we've been graduated and these girls idk who they are but they're all still in highschool. I commented but idk if I was justified! I just hate seeing people get picked on and I feel like these kids were just trying to harass her and I couldn't sit back anymore. Was I wrong or did I get the wrong impression??
