4w3d pregnant with cramps.. am I alone?

I just found out I am pregnant (yay!) but I swore it was a period because of a few days of cramps. I took 5 tests that were clearly positive and have not bled at all, but I have mild cramps for a week all over and bloated a lot. Why is this?
