No strings attached!

So my ex boyfriend broke up with me on my birthday weekend (I know how horrible right) last November. After breaking up we didn't speak for 3 weeks, no phone calls, no text message nothing. Than mid December I reached out to him because my mom was wanting to purchase some property (he's a very successful real estate agent). Many say I could have found her another agent however, my mom's been screwed over with business partners in the past so I knew by working with him she was in good hands. All the communicating we did was strictly business and about the property, than one day he randomly starts flirting via text and says he wants to have sex. I was shocked and caught off guard. We flirted back and forth through text and eventually later that week I went over to his place and we had sex. It was THE MOST amazing sex we've ever had. We haven't gotten back together but frequently have sex and I like it that way. The only time we communicate is to pick a day and time when we'll have sex. We don't discuss what's going on in each other's lives and oddly enough I like it that way. Gives me the time to focus on myself, school and work, we're exes with benefits. Has anyone experience this, if so share your outcomes.
