hair growth follicles help ?

I have two hair growth follicles where I shave and I don't know how to get rid of them they run in my family my mom and uncle have them from shaving but there's get infected from them touching them. I don't want to touch them i don't want them infected , i want them to go down as much as possible !! Anybody have any advice or home remedys ?
