26 weeks pregnant..sudden admission to hospital due to high risk of preterm labour 😭😖
Was getting heavy discharge for about 4-5days and stomach was feeling kinda heavy. Gave a call to my midwife who told be too come in straight away as my pregnancy is already high risk as my son was born preterm @ 29weeks.
Midwife and doctors on call did a couple of swabs. 1. Swab came out negative 2. Swab from around my cervix showed I had an 8% chance of going into labour in the next 14days..
The doctors then decided to give me steriod shots 2 between 24hours as this will help mature the baby's lungs faster just in case i go into labour.
I literally broke down as I just want a full term happy and healthy baby/pregnancy and too enjoy my pregnancy.
Im now admitted to hospital with my special needs son who has cerebral palsy missing me like crazy. Im nervous as hell and scared. 26 weeks is way too early.
Anyone have any ideas or been in similar situations and made it too at least 30-35weeks. Please Please need some prayers right now for my little girl 🙏🏽😰😭
