Periods & Yeast Infections ?

Do I still treat my yeast infection while on my period . I have been doing home remedies to treat my yeast infection and they worked very well ( yogurt , tea tree oil , apple cider vinegar ect. ) but right when I felt my yeast infection completely going away my period came on , should I keep treating it as I've been doing or just let my period happen and see will it take it on out ?
