Baby has inflamed kidney at 27 weeks gestation

I went for a scan today and they told me that my baby has an inflamed kidney im 27 weeks gestation, has anyone else gone through this and their baby was okay?

I have to have another scan at 32/34 weeks to check up on it. But i have been googling and alot of people on the mother forums said that they were told it could be a sign of down syndrome?? At my 13 week scan though i was told my baby has a 1 in so many chances of down syndrome or trisomy. I am now really worried about my childs health (mainly the enlarge kidney)
