help!!

Okay for some of you, you already know about my post about possibly being pregnant well I still haven't started. For those who didn't know, the last time I had my period was November 24th and it ended the 29th. I spotted December 16th and again December 26th I took a pregnancy test December 17th and again on the 20th and again on the 3rd of January and all three tests were negative.. for about a week I was having milky white discharge and now for the last 4 days I have been haveing watery discharge it does not have a smell but I have to wear a panty liner because I can feel it coming out kinda like I peed my pant almost. I have not been to a doctor yet I'm waiting seeing how I live 4and a half hours away from the nearest emergency room. Is it possible to even spot more than once? Can I be pregnant? I'm so confused because of the false tests and the fact I have yet to start and it is now January 12th.. hmm 🤔
