what's the best pregnancy tests?

I've had cramps on my left side for a couple days now. My nipples are tingling and stuff (I've had this before) so I've not really got my hopes up about my boons. But the cramps on my left side I've never had before. There often to but not period cramps. There not as often as period cramps. And i normally have back pain in my lower back but never in the top of my back, and I had a feeling in my legs yesterday it felt like the bloody wasn't getting to my leg but it wasn't as if it wasn't cus I was sat how I always sit on the sofa. 

I might be crazy ladies but I keep thinking this is pregnancy symptoms. 

I don't want someone to say to me it's to early for symptoms because I. Could have conceived before I was ovulating (if I'm lucky). As me and my boyfriend were having sex everyday but since I read something on here about every other day we've been trying. That since the beginning of ovulation. 🙈

Can anyone help or am I just hoping and thinking to much????  🙄🤔😂❣️❣️
