My ob will not prescribe Clomid

I have pcos and at age 39, my SO and I have decided to try for baby #3.....cycles are super irregular and sometimes I go 60 days between cycles. I never know when my fertile period will be.....my ob will not prescribe Clomid because of the pcos. He said it would be too risky...i guess I may just have to pray harder and leave it in the Lord's hands.....btw...we have already been ttc for 7 months..say a prayer for us that we can succeed
