Is semen supposed to just fall out of me?

So when my SO and i have sex, as soon as i get up and start moving around...i feel the semen leak out of me. Is it normal? I know i have kind of a crooked cervix and was told once that my uterus felt tilted. Im afraid because of my body that his semen is dripping out and lessening the chances of the little guys making it to the finish line. I dont know and ive never asked anyone if it happens to them too 😒
