name help!!

We found out today we are having a boy. We are dead set on the first name being Kage. We would like to somehow incorporate our fathers names (like combining them for the middle name). Karl Arthur and Steven John....I can't think of anything on how to combine that with Kage. If you can think of a different name for the middle name (other than our dad's names) please tell me!!
