Moving with boyfriend

So I want to move in with my boyfriend who lives out of state I'm 19 and he's 24 I currently live with my mom. I've been contiplating moving for the last four months but I'm honestly kind of scared of what my mother will have to say, I don't know why I tend to let her opinion control some of the things I do she's so negative and in my opinion wants to control a lot of things that my sisters and I do. I want to get y'all opinion on what should I do because I really want to move not only for the relationship but for business purposes as well.
