contractions on day of dads funeral

Ok so yesterday I'm sure I lost my plug. It was like snot but not a full piece.  I had to push it out. It trickled down my leg. I then had two contractions around 1am-1.30 now I'm Having contractions at 4:30 4:41 4:51. I can only describe it was uncomfy and a little hard on belly but extremely uncomfy on my back it feels like pressure like and hurts. Kind of like period cramps in ur back. I don't know what to do?
