Advice please!

So the past few days my almost 5 week old has been screaming so much! She screams every time she wakes and screams throughout day and night. I've been giving her medicine for colic and thinking it's a growth spurt but now last since 6am I'm lucky if I've had 3 hours sleep with her. She takes over an hour to get to sleep and when she does it's only light sleep. I only breast feed but due to exhaustion I had to give her a bottle with being on my own with her. She then slept for almost 3 hours after this- the longest she has ever slept! But then after that has been only sleeping for 5 mins at a time through the night. Does anyone have any tips or just some support?! I'm in tears with how tired I am and not knowing what to do with her :(
