birth control, ovarian cysts & weight gain

Hey everyone, so I was on birth control from when I was 12-19 for abnormal bleeding. I stopped it when I was 19 because I started having irregular cramping. I went back on it in the summer to help get rid of my ovarian cysts and realized I gained a lot of weight so I stopped it again once I finished the cycle. However my ovarian cysts are back again and I was wondering what birth control you recommend that wouldn't make you gain weight?  😩 thanks youu❤️
