TMI: CM question

Went to the bathroom today and saw cm. I got off my period 3 days ago and I saw it 2 days ago for the first time. There was quite a bit and it was clear egg white kind..what does this mean? I have seen it twice now this week. Once on the 11th and once today (13th) and I got off my period on the 9th. Is it my fertile window beginning or ovulation? I do not use ovulation tests at this point in time just due to my situation with family living with us and keeping ttc a secret.
