Breast Soreness

So I'm 17 and my boobs hurt ALL THE TIME.  This has been going on for awhile so I thought it was normal but I've discovered it might not be? I regularly check for lumps and I haven't noticed any. And I got fitted for my bras so it's not that they don't fit or anything. It's hard for me to go braless because it hurts not having that support. I even sleep with one! I don't think it's size either because I'm a 32D which is an "average" cup size? They hurt more on my period than they do other times and I know that's normal. Help?
