Need help about what could be wrong with my clitoris.

So yesterday me and my boyfriend had sex, I felt like my clitoris was extra sensitive but I ignored it. I just figured the hood was being pulled back because, it is sensitive to the touch when it's pulled back. But then today I felt like it was still sensitive. So I took a look and it was pretty swollen, and the skin just above my clitoris is peeling, itchy (its ONLY itchy under the hood) and irritated. It also looks like it may be ripped? Im not sure, it may just be that swollen (making it seem longer / ripped?). I know it can't be a yeast infection because I've had them before, I dont have any strange discharge or odor, just my clear egg white discharge because I am currently ovulating. Just movement is uncomfortable, Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
