Worried...

I went to bed at 11.. Woke up about 3:30 as I felt very nauseous sat on the toilet going it was gas.. Nothing so sat on the floor and all of a sudden vomit, lots of vomit.. I haven't felt nauseous at all during my pregnancy and no vomit. I am really worried, I've had quite a naughty day filled with sweets and sweet things.. Could this be why?? Should I go to the doctor I am 11 weeks today
