irritated skin

Recently I've noticed that anytime me and my boyfriend mess around and he fingers me that I start to burn a little while after and that sometimes I get scratches and bleed a bit. I've also noticed that for a few days after I start to itch like I have a yeast infection but it goes away. Is there anything I can do?
