trichotillomania

I've suffered from trichotillomania(hair pulling disorder) since the age of 8 and I'm 24 now. I've never met anyone with this disorder and so I was wondering if there's anyone else on here struggling with the same thing? I'm posting anon because I'm really embarrassed by this 😔 also my anxieties are so bad right now I can't even focus on my homework. Ive been working on the same homework since 12pm and it's 11pm 😣 I feel so helpless
