I was wondering why my butt cheek was hurting so I went to the bathroom to see what it was, and I took this. Should I be concerned?

That looks like some sort of pimple or something im not sure... try a warm compress see if that helps..

It looks like a boil but if your worried go see a doctor to rule out anything. Do not pick at it or try to pop it. If it feels like a hard bump under the skin it's probably a boil,  do some hot compresses a couple times a day it will go away. If it gets larger than the size of a quarter go to the doctor they will give you some antibiotics and tell you to do more hot compresses. If it gets to big or pops they might cut it open,  this sucks. When I first got a boil on my butt I figured it was a pimple. 2 or 3 days later it rubbed against my jeans and popped. Went to the hospital they cut it open, drained it, and then packed it.  That is a horrible feeling and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy.  It took 3 weeks to heal and every day I had to go to the doctor to remove the packing and have them pack it again. 
Yoga pants or really tight fitting pants can cause it especially around period time.

I had a brown recluse bite that looked like this. Go get it checked out asap just to be safe. And definitely don't pick at it bc you'll just be pushing the infection deeper into your body.

My butt keeps getting really dry. Do you wear thongs a lot? I've learned that thongs+jeans= dry butt cheeks lol. Put some good unscented lotion on there. I think mine might actually be eczema. Use some eczema lotion (gold bond brand or eucerin)

Is there heat coming from it? Keep a close check on it because I had a small staph infection on my rear once that I thought was a pimple/ingrown hair. Do a really warm compress of Epsom salt, it works wonders. Whatever you do, DO NOT PICK AT IT. Even if it's not staph, you can cause it to get infected cause we all know how germy our hands and nails are lol
