Does anyone suffer with Health anxiety if so what illness do you worry about most

I'm always very worried about getting breast csncer, my 3 anxiety disorders do not help in the slightest. What else doesn't help is my grandads sister just had a double masectomy after finding out that she had breast cancer, and I found this weird brown spot on the bottom of my right boob....Going to get a breast exam soon so, I guess I'll get my answers then 😟

Of the things I have, my severe depression is the worst since I have attempted suicide in the past and it can strike at any time. Of the things I'm worried about getting, leukemia since my dad had it at 45 and both of his parents had it in their 60s and I don't know much about my mom's side

I worry about my PCOS and related complications the most!

Cancer. I've had three people die in my family from types of cancer and it's my biggest health fear.
